We really appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt of package for a full refund. A store credit will be issued for any items returned after 30 days of receipt. Returns received after 60 days will not be accepted.

To return/exchange an item:

We recommend that you insure your package as we are not responsible for lost returns.

All returned items must be sent unworn in their original condition and in original packaging with all hang tags and labels attached. Items returned in any condition other than in that originally sent will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. No items may be returned to any specialty stores carrying C.enne.V.

If you would like to exchange an item and are within the U.S., shipping is complimentary (valid on Standard Shipping only.) Expedited shipping service is available for an additional fee.  If no exchange shipping option is selected C.enne.V will use ground shipping as the default.
