Cancellations, Undeliverable & Refused Packages
In the event a cancellation is necessary, please contact us at info@cennev.com. We will do our best to accomodate you, however, if an order has already been placed in the fulfillment queue or been shipped out we are unable to cancel it.
Undeliverable and refused packages will incur a 15% restocking fee as well as twice the original shipping fee. The customer will also be responsible for any additional fees we incur as a result of undeliverable or refused packages. We advise our customers to double check their ship to address for any errors and use our standard returns procedure to return any unwanted merchandise. Our returns procedure can be found here.

While C.enne.V makes every effort to have items in stock, occasionally certain items sell out. Any out of
stock items will be removed from your order total and will be reflected in the shipping confirmation
email (if you have provided an email address). We apologize, but we are unable to accept back orders
at this time.
Our online merchandise prices are typically the same as those in the stores which carry C.enne.V.
The C.enne.V products displayed on the Site are available in select stores in the United States. The
prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only in the U.S.
